1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)

In the case of digital services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

• you have expressly requested that we begin the performance of the service before the withdrawal period has expired; and
• you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

This applies in particular to customized digital services created according to the client’s specifications, such as personalized 2D or 3D floor plans.

4. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• if the service has been fully performed with your explicit prior consent before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you are aware of losing your right of withdrawal;
• if the service has been produced according to your individual specifications or tailored to your requirements, in particular personalized 2D/3D floor plans considering your individual wishes, including:
  • flooring and finishing materials;
  • door and window design;
  • other individual requirements in the creation of 2D or 3D floor plans.
